Managing Partner

Venna Simanjuntak is a licensed advocate and certified Intellectual Property (IP) consultant, holding a law degree from the University of Indonesia. She specializes in intellectual property law, with a strong focus on advising clients in the protection, registration, and enforcement of their innovations, trademarks, and creative works. Prior to establishing this firm, she spent six years at one of Indonesia’s leading IP law firms, where she gained substantial experience and developed a solid reputation for providing high-caliber legal counsel. Her practice encompasses a wide array of IP-related matters, as well as general corporate and entertainment law, ensuring comprehensive protection and strategic management of clients’ intellectual assets.

Partner

Jonathan Simanjuntak earned his law degree from Padjadjaran University and has accumulated extensive experience in legal practice through his work with prominent law firms and his role as in-house legal counsel for corporate groups. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in a broad spectrum of legal matters, with a primary focus on bankruptcy (kepailitan), suspension of debt payment obligations (penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang/PKPU), corporate restructuring, and commercial litigation. He is a licensed advocate and registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), as well as a certified Receiver and Administrator affiliated with the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/HKPI).
